Belle Yuan

Belle Yuan is the founder of Strategywise HR Inc., a boutique HR consulting firm that specializes in conducting impartial workplace investigations, workplace assessments and advising employers and HR leaders on how best to reduce employment risks and costs when it comes to managing staff in today’s complex workplaces. 

She is a certified human resources leader (CHRL) with over 20 years of corporate and HR industry experience across both for profit and not-for-profit sectors.  Over the years, she has developed a keen eye for detail as a trained and skilled fact finder having gained investigative experience both in-house and as an independent third-party.    

Belle is a member of the Canadian Association of Workplace Investigators (CAWI) and is regularly engaged to conduct neutral external investigations into allegations of harassment, bullying, violence, sexual harassment, discrimination, reprisals, toxic work environments, policy violations and employee misconduct.  

She follows a trauma informed approach to her investigations leveraging her deep knowledge of organizational behaviour and employment laws that affect the workplace at both the federal and provincial levels.  This is the unique lens her critical analysis is based upon in delivering objective, fair and thorough investigations to reduce risk and liabilities for employers.
